2022-23


An important piece to the growth of City's CARE model has been the time and resources utilized since inception in 2013. City has provided over 100+ hours of professional development for the staff and this fall was no different.


 Coach Craig leads up our Player Development for our coaching staff and this fall he leaned on his professional network to provide guest speakers bi-weekly.


We have been very lucky to have some great guests who have been so nice to share their knowledge and experience within the game that have opened up some great discussions.

Tom Byer

Football Starts at Home

Tom shared his passion on early child development and how his experience throughout Asia as helped develop a home learning center which Coach Craig has been leading up with our younger City players.

David Baird

Scottish FA - Scoreboard Soccer

David delivered on how to create a learning environment that will positively influence their behaviors. The concepts of creating realistic game situations that change scenarios to challenge players technical ability, decision making, and problem solving.

Dominic Casciato

El Paso Locomotive (USL Championship)

Dominic presented on the player pathway from El Paso's academy through to the first team. Coaches were provided with a clear insight to the individual training program as well as the IDP's for each player and the key role they play in their development.


Liam Lacy

IMG Technical Director

Liam was kind enough to share his very impressive journey through the Individual Development Plan process at world renowned IMG Academy. Liam depicts what a growth mindset represents and it was very intriguing to learn how he leads within his environment.

Mark Spalding

Glasgow Rangers FC - Technical Director

Mark shared the player pathway for young players within the Scottish league system while also sharing Rangers very successful model of player development.
