Grant Sicard

My name is Grant Sicard and I currently coach the 2012 Girls I, II and 2013 Boys III & IV groups. 

As a player, I grew up overseas in the Philippines, Malaysia, Gabon, and Venezuela. My experiences culminated in an opportunity to play at Montverde Academy where we went 23-0-0 my senior year and were ranked as the #1 high school team in the country. I then had brief stints at the University of Illinois at Chicago and Coker College where my playing career was cut short due to medical concerns. In my 6 year coaching journey, I have coached at many different levels of the game; This includes high school, competitive club, and NCAA Division 1 & 2 institutions. I am currently also coaching at Purdue University - Northwest Women's Soccer which is a NCAA Division 2 program out of Hammond, Indiana.

My personal ambition is to continuously grow as a coach and I truly believe Chicago City has the platform to push me to my goals. I thoroughly enjoy coaching education and am always looking to take the next course to accelerate my growth. 

I currently am a resident of Evergreen Park, IL with my wife Christina and our three kids - Violet, Gianluca, and Penelope.
